Library Service
The Metals Strategy Group operates a unique library offering a comprehensive collection of books and other materials related to all aspects of non-ferrous metals. The library's collection is open to the public and available for borrowing and photocopying.
The library attached to our group is Japan's only library specializing in non-ferrous metals. It houses a large public collection of technical books about metal minerals, geological features and ore deposits, exploration, ore concentration and smelting; geological, tectonic and ore deposit distribution maps of the world; books on mining industry policies, mining-related laws and regulations, and supply/demand statistics; and mining-related audiovisual materials. The book collection is available for borrowing, and photocopying services are provided. The website includes a book search function and a guide to using the library.
